True Life Christian Fellowship (TLCF) is a California nonprofit, I.R.S.
501(3)(c) nondenominational fellowship of seekers and Christians. As the only
nondenominational church in the area we draw people from a wide variety of
backgrounds, and from across Southern Monterey County and Northern San Luis
Obispo County.
More than anything, TLCF is a family. We believe in prayer, we take praises and
prayer requests, we pray for one another, and we reach into and meet needs in
one another’s lives. We are an Elder-led church, but we value the opinion of the whole body
on decisions where that is practical and offered. We do not have membership,
but we do require four months of regular attendance as well as an application
and Board approval before serving in any significant ministry capacity. We
believe in the inerrancy of the entire Bible, the blessing and importance of
worship, the power of prayer, the goodness of God, and the necessity of being
born again to have an eternal relationship with God. We hate the devil and his
works, and we seek to be God’s hands and feet in setting people free in all areas of their lives. We are
humble, saved only by the gift of God, and deeply in love with Him.
